Failure to make payment of fees when due will result in the termination of your subscription. We reserve the right to terminate your subscription at any time and without notice in the event of any breach of this Agreement, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, spamming, or violation of our user conduct policies.

We accept payment via credit cards and other payment methods supported by Stripe.com, our third-party payment processor. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.
Monthly membership fees are non-refundable. However, you can cancel your monthly membership at any time, and your listing will remain online until the end of the billing period. For annual membership fees, we may offer a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of the membership period, at our sole discretion. You may cancel your annual membership at any time, but no refunds will be issued for fees already paid.
All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes. If required by law, we will collect applicable taxes on the services provided through the Website. The taxes collected may vary depending on your location, and are calculated and collected by Stripe.com based on the user’s locale.
We reserve the right to change the fees for our services at any time without notice. However, for existing subscribers to the wedding vendor directory, we will not change the fees for the duration of their current subscription. If an existing subscriber cancels their membership and resubscribes, they will be subject to the current fees.
From time to time, we may offer promo codes or free trials to new vendors who sign up for our services. Promo codes may provide a discount for a certain amount of time (e.g., a 50% discount on vendor listings for three months), after which the subscription will continue at the regular rate unless canceled.
